RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unhappy With Your Purchase?


We create clothes that will help you become more confident, more comfortable, at most affordable price, in order to make you happier.

But if you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’re willing to exchange with a new cloth that suits you.

We’ll accept any exchange request if it meets the following guidelines :

  • Please notify us within 24 hours after receiving your item. Contact us through our hotline number. Please support your request by stating us the respective problem (eg : wrong size/colour ordered,  & etc) together with proof of purchase.
  • Exchange request only for normal price items. Sale and discounted item are not eligible for exchange.
  • For all returns, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached. Shipping costs are not covered by Aimida (both return to us & ship back to you).
  • The item need to return in 3 working days after received a confirmation from us.

If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange with another item, subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; however, we’ll not entertain any exchange request with item below the original price.

*We do not entertain any refund request due to unhappy purchase.

 

 

Manufacturing Defect Return & Exchange Policy


All of our clothes have passed through a strict quality control. However, in the unlikely event, we’ll responsible for exchange or refund based on terms & conditions provided.

Please notify us within 24 hours after you have received your items, together with the proof of defect & payment of the purchase. Contact us through our hotline number.

 

EXCHANGE
Exchange with the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

 

REFUND
If you request for a refund, the purchase price will be refund to you by transfer the amount directly to your account. Therefore, please provided us your bank account number.

 

EXCHANGE & REFUND PROCESS

  • After notify us your defective items, we’ll reply within 3 working days.
  • The items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached. Shipping costs will be covered by Aimida (if the items meet with our defective policy).
  • Return the items within 5 working days after received a confirmation from us. Let us know the shipping cost when you already post it out.

Once received your parcel, we’ll process the exchange/refund and notify you via whatsapp.

Your new items will be shipped back to you in the next 1-5 working days, after we received your parcel. If you request for a refund, your refund will be credited back to you in the next 1-5 working days too.

If the items returned do not meet our Refund and Exchange Policy above, your order will be sent back to you.
